  My son had Dr. Radcliff for his major back surgery and from what he told me initially, I knew that Dr. Radcliff had to be a very conscientious and an excellent surgeon. As time went on, he proofed himself to be exactly as I thought. He cares about his patients. If you're on workmen's compensation, he does what is best for his patient, not what the company insurance wants him to do. My son had surgery on his back by a different doctor that his job's insurance sent him to and he suffered badly. Now, after Dr. Radcliff did the correct surgery on him, my son is finally feeling better.
