  Polite and helpful staff. I was there for less than 30 minutes.
  
  If you have to conduct business, come prepared. The website is packed with information to prepare you with what you need to bring.
  
  Be sure you already have your license out. Be polite as well.
  
  If you are having a difficult time with the process don't take it out on the staff. Question to learn not to argue- be nice!
  
  Today, I had the displeasure of listening to a customer state: "I have been here three times already." "Did Ford Motor Company send my documentation by fax yet?" Followed by more unpleasantries. The staff member remained calm and polite despite the customer's miserable disposition.
  
  Great professionalism. Keep it up!
