  Customer Service Leaves alot to be desired. Producing a product is only half the job in most cases, I think these guys struggle to understand that. I have you used many Sign companies in this area, these guys are the hardest to deal with on a personal level. Very combative staff with the exception of the graphics designer, he seemed pretty knowledgeable other than there proximity nothing really makes these guys valuable. Would not recommend or attempt to use in the future.
