  As my original review (below) shows, the disrespectful and rude manner in which my husband and I were treated left us with a very bad impression. However, once the owner became aware of our situation (something the office staff apparently lied to us about more than once), he lived up to the other positive reviews this company has received and ensured we were treated properly from that point forward. Kudos especially to Jimmy who, upon being asked to come talk with us and see what the issue was, immediately understood the situation and did what needed to be done to rectify the situation. It's a shame it took so much effort for all involved and that the officeperson with whom we originally had to interact resorted to threats instead of taking the time to LISTEN to what we were saying. Thank you to Chris, the owner, and Jimmy, for caring enough to listen.
  
  If I could give negative stars I would. Have tried this company twice, once in 2015 and once now (February of 2017). Both times the company proved unreliable and dishonest. If you point out their inconsistencies/lies (e.g., "we can't touch your newly repaired chimney because it's dangerous!" since they didn't do the repair -- YET they DID in fact take off the top and clean it thoroughly, which required them to work on and touch the very chimney they claim is dangerous?!) then they become downright mean and threaten you. We welcome their threats! We will share our experience every chance we get!
