  No issues with buying items there but I will not return after having them handle the "free" resizing of a ring.
  
  First was told "it will take a few days"
  Came back over a week later "oh, the guy that resizes rings is on vacation and his house had a gas leak. Come back tomorrow"
  
  Back at lunchtime the next day "sorry he comes in at 2:00pm. Call me."
  
  Call the number and I get an error message about the number not being available.
  
  Come in at 3:00pm and "sorry, he hasn't started the rings yet. I thought because he HAD THEM AT HIS HOUSE they were being worked on."
  
  Asked them to turn over the rings, sorry. Not okay with being told all work is done "in house" and later finding out that means "in the guys house."
