  I just want to thank all of you for wasting my time and showing me that you aren't honorable people. If I make a mistake I stand by it even though it would cost me money. I find your actions to be despicable and will let everyone I know not to waste their time with your company if they are ever in the need of counter tops or any other type of stone work. The sad part is that you didn't even try to offer me a discount for your mistake or for us to come in and see if we could go with another lesser stone at a discount for your mistake.

  Highly recommend ICC. I was a very particular customer and wanted a specific color (milk white quartz). The firs slab arrived not to the liking of the ICC manager so he called me to look. I agreed. He ordered a second slab and found manufactures changed at that time. The worked though all those issues with me to ensure that I was happy. At one point they even made a call to the distributors with me in their office(so I could here what they were dealing with). In the end, for the slab I wanted and after we agreed on slabs they had it installed 4 days later. Great price but even better service. 5 stars.
