  This office is incompetent and professional. They don't even deserve one star. I let a few "mishaps" slide by because I understand people have bad days, things aren't perfect and I am a patient person. However, I am now completely done. TWICE, I was told my 4 year old was going to have a procedure done and TWICE, the information was incorrect. I had to reschedule my day and his day. In doing so, other people were also inconvenienced. They don't seem to care about; (1) professionalism, but (2) the ramifications of their lack of competencies. After the first time, the manager asked me to allow her the opportunity to make it right. I did. She failed. Again. Prior to these last two issues, I've been cancelled without being told - made to feel like I just showed up and lied about my appointment, I've had rude customer service by staff who definitely should've stayed in bed that particular day and I've waited at least an hour for a scheduled appointment. As I stated earlier, I let those other "mishaps" slide for reasons listed, but now I am letting them all be known to hopefully help another family from having to go through any of it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! TRUST ME! IT'S WORTH A DRIVE ELSEWHERE! (my experience, my opinion)
