  I am not a gym person. I've belonged to a few gyms, but I find myself feeling very limited in what equipment I use because I guess I get intimidated by the "gym people". However, I never feel this way at AK Fitness. Even when I just want to do cardio, there are so many types of machines to choose from that I never get bored. I'll spin one day, run the next, or use the arc trainer. But the best part is that since it's all just one room, there's no fear of going into the "lifting area", so I'm lifting weights again and feeling fit! I love the weight machines they have and their free weight selection is also excellent. I truly enjoy going to this gym. It's my "me" time.
